You can't build a truly resilient mind without working on the physical body, likewise, you can't build a physically resilient body without working on the mind. We need to stop treating mental health and physical health as two completely different things, they are the yin to the others yang. With out a well nourished body that has been trained (which is 💯 relative to the individual), the mind will not flourish or grow.
