Key points are that inventory is almost double (84%) what it was this time last year and sales are slightly down (7.2%) from this time last year. New listings are up 18% but pending sales are only up by 9.5%. There has been a slow shift towards a buyers market. But with interest rates at 7.0% what choice do buyers really have?
