Ankit Shukla Great list! Another key metric to consider is the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). It provides immediate feedback on user experience and can be a strong indicator of future retention and loyalty. Additionally, tracking Feature Adoption Rate can help you understand which new features are resonating with users and driving engagement. Keep up the great work in emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision-making in product management! 🚀

Hi Ankit Shukla, you will probably want to check the formula for ARPU.  The formula presented is: ARPU = Number of orders * Average order value This would give the total revenue generated by a customer over a period, but it doesn’t align exactly with how ARPU is usually defined. ARPU is generally calculated as the total revenue earned from users divided by the total number of users within a given time frame, not the number of orders. ARPU = (Total Revenue) / (Total number of users) What are your thoughts on that?

Great insights! Understanding these metrics is key to making informed decisions as a product manager. Thanks for sharing your expertise! Ankit Shukla

Thanks for sharing, Ankit Shukla! I'd love to hear your thoughts—what do you consider the most important product metric? For me, it's CAC, churn, and retention rate. One more thing, I believe it's crucial to not only track these metrics but also understand how to interpret and iterate on them for continuous improvement
