Sometimes, the simplest tools, like @LEGO, can build the biggest impact on leadership and teamwork. We recently joined a wonderful virtual webinar hosted by We Are Ideas Consulting, led by the amazing duo Bharti and Pooja. The session introduced a very interesting idea: bringing LEGO bricks to the workplace to improve teamwork, creativity, and engagement! And yes, LEGO bricks are not just toys for kids but tools for workplaces! Here’s what we learned and experienced: 1/ LEGO® helps teams work better together by encouraging collaboration. It makes meetings and interactions more fun, lively, and engaging. 2/ It’s a simple way to add color, creativity, and fresh ideas to any workplace. 3/ The session showed how something as simple as LEGO bricks can break the monotony, spark exciting ideas, and bring teams closer.
