I'm thrilled to announce the completion of my internship at Onal Gallant Law Firm as a shadower and paralegal aid ! During my time at OGP, I had the privilege to learn and practice business + immigration law by shadowing and assisting in various legal tasks.
I'm grateful to the incredible team at OGP for their guidance, mentorship, and support throughout this journey. I'm excited to apply the knowledge and skills I've acquired to new opportunities and challenges ahead.
This is what makes me the happiest when I see messages like this.
Donna has worked for her last company for a long time, which can be challenging when looking for a new opportunity.
-You suddenly haven't got an up-to-date CV;
- Everyones told your you're meant to be on Linkedin but haven't touched it in years.
This is how the process worked for anyone interested
-First of all, we jumped on a team call so I could understand Donna's background and what she was looking to do next.
- Donna sent me her current CV, which she admitted needed some work as it was internal.
- I created my first draft and ensured it was specific to what Donna wanted to apply for.
-We then joined another team's call to work through it together and critique it. This is a two-way process, and even when I'm on that call, I have new ideas for improving it.
-Once we were happy with the CV, I updated her LinkedIn profile to ensure it represented her best work and that she was proud of it.
-I also shared some LinkedIn tips with Donna on how she can use the platform to elevate her brand.
- We then jump on a final call to ensure everything is 100%.
- Donna starts applying for jobs with her new CV, feeling more confident.
- Donna lands a new role
I wanted to write this because I offer much more than a write-your-CV service.

I'm excited to share that I have conducted an awareness session on Claims Management for my colleagues.
Conducting an awareness session for claims management can bring a host of benefits, including:
1. Improved understanding: By educating to project practitioners about claims management processes and best practices, they can gain a better understanding of how claims are handled and resolved within the organization.
2. Increased efficiency: With better knowledge of claims management procedures, project practitioners can be more efficient in handling claims, leading to quicker resolutions and reduced processing times.
3. Reduced errors: Proper training on claims management can help project practitioners avoid common mistakes and errors, leading to improved accuracy in processing claims.
4. Cost savings: Efficient claims management can result in cost savings for the organization by reducing processing times, minimizing errors, and avoiding unnecessary claim payments.
Overall, conducting an awareness session for claims management can contribute to a more knowledgeable and effective workforce, leading to improved operations and better outcomes for both the organization and its customers.
I'm so excited about my new career path. Today we ve been working on inspection and Drainage of a Sealed system: Ensuring Efficiency and Safety.
Regular maintenance of sealed boilers is crucial to ensure their optimal performance and safety, and I would like to share some key insights from this process:
Inspection: We started with a detailed visual inspection, checking for any signs of wear, leaks, or corrosion. Regular inspections help identify potential issues before they escalate into costly repairs.
Draining the Boiler: Draining is essential to remove sediment and scale buildup, which can impair efficiency and damage the system.
Refilling and Testing: After drainage, we refilled the system with fresh water and conducted comprehensive testing to ensure everything was functioning correctly. This step is vital to verify that the boiler is ready for continued reliable operation.
Documentation and Reporting: Finally, we documented all findings and actions taken.
Maintaining a sealed boiler isn’t just about compliance;
it’s about ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity.
Regular inspections and maintenance can prevent unexpected downtimes and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
Founder & CEO of BioBQ, Inc. and Assistant Director of CIP Engineering for the City of Pflugerville, Texas
In October 2023 I happily started a new job as the Assistant Director of Traffic & Transportation for the City of Pflugerville. I am so thankful for being selected for this position because this is an opportunity to lead the development of a safer, more multimodal transportation system for a city that has grown from a small agricultural town to a major, diverse residential community and employment hub for Central Texas. The city is a delightful place to work with a collaborative, forward-thinking group of staff, consultants, and city leadership that support the vision of a safer, multimodal transportation system. I stepped in at the right time to ensure new roadway projects provide facilities for pedestrians, cyclists, and low speed modes, and include roundabouts where feasible to reduce the chances of crashes. I look forward to sharing the progress.
And for those that follow my other endeavors, yes, I’m still working on BioBQ too (after work); more updates on that later! I stay wonderfully busy!
Lohith says that he "finally" gathered the courage to post about his new position at DataWars.
But let me tell you more about how we met, and you'll see how courageous he's been, and how important is to push for what you love.
I first became acquainted with Lohith in our nascent DataWars' Discord Server. At the beginning, it was me answering most of the questions from users, but one day this guy came with a weird Ironman profile picture helping other users in a random server. We didn't know each other, we didn't pay him, anything. He just saw a question and helped. First show of courage.
A few weeks in, after answering questions here and there, he started asking his own questions. But they were nothing like simple Python/Pandas questions, he was asking about the mathematical derivation of the Bias–variance tradeoff 😳.
He was taking a course about Machine Learning, and he was digging even deeper by his own means into topics that were not covered. Second show of courage.
A few months ago, he randomly emailed me with an idea of building a project for DataWars. We didn't post a search or anything like that. He initiated the contact. We obviously were extremely happy to count with him in our team. Third show of courage.
Lohith is a great example of how working hard and pushing for what you like will do for you. I have gotten several important deals in my life by just cold-emailing someone and being honest about how we could collaborate. Worst thing that can happen? They don't reply.
So keep pushing, keep asking for what you want, and keep building connections. I hope Lohith's courage serves as a motivator.
Better late than never, right? This introvert finally gathered the courage to step out of the shadows and announce...
