⛔ Reasons not to get a business coach ⛔ 🔔 Coaching can be transformative, but it's not always the right time or the right option for everyone. Here are some things to think about... ☁ You think it's all about the "fluffy" stuff: If you think coaching is just "fluffy" talk without substantial results, you might be limiting where and how it can have impact. Defining goals and ROI for your coaching is crucial. 🤔 You have a self-awareness gap: Without a basic level of self-awareness, you might struggle to benefit from coaching insights and feedback. Explore your strengths, blind spots and be honest with yourself what you really want to work on. 🕜 You don't have the time/money: If you're unwilling to invest the necessary time and money, coaching might not yield the desired outcomes.
