Whilst rushing around at the weekend as ever as my son's personal chauffeur I managed to scan a interesting article that I thought I'd share. The evidence gathered clearly highlights the need for a strong connected approach between CFO's and CIO's to ensure they prioritise the correct projects that align with the company’s overall vision and financial objectives. Of particular significance for me was the reference to ERP upgrades being judged as the least successful in delivering value!
