Relevant to due diligence, an important part of any management decision. Figure out the core issues. While I don't often see a crashed car, I can't recall the (innumerable) number of times I have seen one lacking the engine, transmission, or seats.

This analogy might also be applied to a lot of un-focused chatter about #AI in law but mention the word #Quantum and the room falls silent. A total lack of true foresight. Similarly #innovation drives and demands #change so if the software is doing the work better, faster, cheaper one rule of thumb would suggest you get more out of the lawyers you retain (productivity), fire some of them (surplus costs saved) and/or reduce human capital overheads (reduce salaries) to reflect reduced workload. To have a dog and still bark yourself is not saving money for clients who are smarter than some think. The jolly days of #PopesInPufferJackets (#AI) will fade as the sheer firepower of #Quantum comes online and goes mainstream. Then, all bets are off. You heard it here. Too real. This is natural, not only because of the complicated agenda. But also due to sometimes startups avoiding to be transparent on the ugly truth or with a limited market study. Of course they will try to avoid the awkward talk about what's wrong with the Startup to get the investment that they need to succeed. That's why we are becoming the right hand of VCs and the startups that wish to invest or receive one.
