Just a thought... This seems like a much needed and sensible use of money. If the people who want to be trained can't come to the place where the training currently takes place then taking the training to them. For hands on technical and engineering related training this needs to be done in-person in a workshop style environment so mobile units are the answer. The hubs featured in this annoucement are aimed at the construction sector. Should we be doing something similar for e-mobility given the number of techncians that will need to be trained across all parts of the country? https://lnkd.in/ea4fif97

Yes. It’s that easy … This is the first day on the job for a new trainee. Getting on construction equipment for the first time can be pretty intimidating, but when the machines are simple and effective, training can be simple and effective. No better way to train someone how to operate an electric skid steer than to make them drive through a 32” wide doorway. #construction #demolition #safety #training

Unlocking Success Through Expertise: How Our Tender Training Services Transformed a Civil Engineer’s Career At Quick Learner Pvt Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored civil engineering services that lead to real, measurable success. One of our core offerings is our PPMO e-bidding training, which has been designed to empower engineers in Nepal to navigate the complex tendering process with confidence. Recently, we had the privilege of working with a passionate civil engineer, Rajesh (name changed for privacy), who was struggling to secure government tenders. Despite his technical expertise, he found it challenging to navigate the intricacies of PPMO e-bidding and was missing out on lucrative projects. Rajesh enrolled in our 3-day one-on-one e-bidding training and within days, he transformed his approach. Our expert trainers walked him through every step of the e-bidding process—from bid preparation and document submission to navigating common challenges in the system. Not only did Rajesh gain clarity on how to win bids, but he also learned strategic techniques to price his services competitively without compromising on profitability. Within two weeks of completing the training, Rajesh successfully won his first government tender in his local area. He has since gone on to secure multiple projects and credits our hands-on, practical training as a turning point in his career. Here’s what Rajesh had to say about his experience: "Before joining Quick Learner Pvt Ltd’s training, I was hesitant about bidding for government projects. The process seemed complicated, and I didn’t have the confidence to price my services correctly. After completing their 3-day e-bidding training, everything changed. The personalized guidance, real-life examples, and expert insights gave me the edge I needed. Thanks to their support, I’ve already secured two tenders, and my business has never been stronger. If you’re a civil engineer looking to grow, this training is a must!" We’re incredibly proud to help civil engineers like Rajesh unlock new opportunities and achieve their full potential. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting, our training and consultancy services are designed to give you the skills and confidence to succeed in Nepal’s competitive engineering industry. Very true! lol. However, unlike the toddlers here, most new gen workers need a longer period of basic #training and #mentorship to properly (and safely) adjust to the demands of their new roles... When we toss today's new hires in the deep end, we create conditions that *will* result in counterproductive stress and increased danger to man and machines... Let's get proactive about planning our training and development *to the needs* of the new workforce. #learninganddevelopment #onlinetraining #elearning #coursecreation #taitmedia
