Regional Innovation and Diversity - angel groups with significant female participation tend to direct more funding to all-female teams, strengthening regional innovation ecosystems. This supports diverse and inclusive entrepreneurship, helping underserved regions access more capital and expertise. 4. Barriers and Support Needed - despite their impact, female angel investors face barriers, such as regional disparities and limited access to networks. Providing tailored support, including lower investment thresholds, mentorship programs, and tax incentives, can help expand female participation and regional angel investment activity.
