ICYMI, yesterday we wrapped up the 2024 US Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise Industry Day with the help from our friends at AFCEA International. Among the highlights of the event: The >400 Industry teammates in attendance heard from the 48th G-2 of the Army, Lieutenant General Tony Hale, as he provided a threat update highlighting the challenges of operating in this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. We also heard a big vision outlining his call to action - giving us a North Star to guide us toward clarity in the chaos. #Together we will tackle the challenges of horizontally integrating intelligence capabilities to ensure we stand ready to perform our 24/7 intel mission around the globe. And we will never forget that our profession exists for only one reason: to assist Commanders in making more decisions, faster ones, and better ones.
Outstanding event, and hearing LTG Hale's threat update with multiple "Oh by the way.." phrases was impactful and also very telling of the immense amount of pressure our intelligence professionals are under right now. Let's get them the resources needed to dominate in every domain!
Complex indeed. A good leader will always try to provide, "A North Star to guide us toward clarity in chaos." You're doing great work in the building. I miss the days we would huddle up to help solve wicked problems.
Andrew, can you post alink to the graphic? I'd like to use it to update a USAWOCC slide deck. -Chuck
Impressive event and line up of speakers! Wrote this one down during this slide: “Delivering decision advantage at the speed of need” - Lieutenant General Tony Hale
Great event and discussion.
What a fantastic event!

6moIt was a honor to sit with my awesome teammates on the panel for AI in Support of PED and to hear from our partners in industry. I'm so proud of our team's focus on PEOPLE and a holistic approach toward a data-centric Army. For those in the audience, did you hear how many questions throughout the panel discussions had to do with data? I lost count.
