While recruiting tech has advanced, the key to successful hiring is still driven by the same factor it's always been. Client Engagement. The companies who get the most value out of external recruiters are those who provide clear requirements up front, are decisive on candidates, and provide valuable, timely feedback that helps tighten our focus.
