Amazon Safety Manager

Safety is always a top priority in the workplace, and I am truly passionate about fostering a safe environment for our associates. At EMA4, we recently held our second Safety Week, focusing on engaging with associates about the Stop Work Authority process. This is a crucial initiative, ensuring that everyone understands their ability to raise safety concerns and take action when needed. Throughout the week, we also hosted a variety of activities, including a T-shirt giveaway, Spot the Hazard challenge, and other interactive games. A special thank you goes out to my incredible safety team, who not only managed the shifts but also attended all departmental safety briefings, playing a vital role in driving engagement. Their support with activities, handouts, and overall presence has been invaluable for our associates. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the Associate Safety Committee, which continues to grow and provide excellent support to the site. Let’s keep the momentum going as we move into peak season and the new year. Cristina V.
