🏬When you have multiple brands, business units or related companies, you may have questioned whether to use one HubSpot portal or several, have multiple domains add-on or use Business Units. And it's a very common question. Most people don't understand the difference and how to solve this question with HubSpot 🤷🏼♀️ 👉So let me tell you a little bit about each scenario: ‣ 𝕄𝕦𝕝𝕥𝕚𝕡𝕝𝕖 𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕒𝕝𝕤: ideal when brands or business units have no relationship with each other, have different types of customers, answer to a separate management group and can't share information with each other because of legal issues. Even their work teams are independent. ‣ 𝕄𝕦𝕝𝕥𝕚𝕡𝕝𝕖 𝕕𝕠𝕞𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕤: this only makes sense when using different email sending domains, but the team is the same, the stakeholders are the same, the web and brand kit is the same and there is no need to break down metrics into reports. ‣ 𝔹𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝕌𝕟𝕚𝕥𝕤: here you work on 1 portal but with separate brands, domains, teams, assets and metrics. You share the database, this means you can cross-sell to your contacts and work the same with each of the Business Units, sharing the information... but all measured individually. You can even have a different App/Tech stack for each Business Unit (and again, in the same HubSpot Portal) ✅When you choose to work with 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙨 in a HubSpot portal there are a lot of configurations to do to make this work correctly and without errors. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴... so it has been a real challenge for many customers.
