Job Board Hack for Small Aerospace Companies doing their own recruiting. -Research the best job board for your industry. -Post a job and you don't have to spend a lot of money on the job board, like LinkedIn or Indeed, etc. and allow that board to sit for awhile. Many times, the longer it is posted the more qualified candidates apply. Not all the best candidates are the first to apply, especially for more generalized roles, sales manager, engineering manager, etc. If you have a budget of about $1000K you can have your own ATS that can be customizable into your very own careers page. With your own ATS, the service provider automatically reposts your jobs to several other job boards giving you greater reach. Good afternoon to all of my LinkedIn connections! I hope everyone is doing well. I want to reach out again and ask for help with regards to my job search. Right now, I'm looking for either Technical Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition roles. I live in Maine and can commute to cities like Portland, South Portland, Auburn, Lewiston, Augusta, Westbrook, or Falmouth. I've been working remotely for the past 4 years so any openings that are 100% remote would work as well. Traveling for business is not an issue at all. While working for Amogy, I placed 97 engineers and some GTM roles in 18 months. Anything from mechanical to chemical to process engineering. I also worked on combustion engineering as well as electrical engineering positions. A lot of the current managers at Amogy were hired by me and they all wrote really nice Link recommendations. As a team, we hired 144 people in 2023. My time spent at Ford Motor Company was mainly focused on working with the Global Data, Insight & Analytics group in an OFCCP environment placing Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers. Also, I worked with other groups to source and place Product Managers. My hard work resulted in in 42 full-time placements, 10 pending hires, and an offer acceptance rate of 82% before being laid off along with 5,000 other employees. From the agency side, I brought a Fortune 500 company to iCST and grew the account to over $25,000 a week in gross margin. iCST was ranked the number 2 staffing vendor with my client and the number one permanent placement vendor. I worked both sides of the desk and had upwards of 45 contractors onsite at any given time. I know the job market is really rough right now but I bring a lot to the table. I'm a hard worker, honest to a fault, and very loyal. I also have 13 AIRS CIR certifications as well as a BS in Marketing from the the Florida State University!
