How do you manage your time? Michael Cupps gives a great suggestion - The Eisenhower Matrix. The Eisenhower Matrix is a time management tool that helps individuals prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. It is divided into four quadrants: Quadrant 1: Urgent and Important Tasks that require immediate attention and are crucial to achieving significant goals. Examples: Crises, deadlines, and pressing problems. Quadrant 2: Not Urgent but Important Tasks that are important for long-term success but do not require immediate action. Examples: Planning, relationship building, and personal development. Quadrant 3: Urgent but Not Important Tasks that require immediate attention but are not crucial to long-term goals. Examples: Interruptions, some emails, and minor issues. Quadrant 4: Not Urgent and Not Important Tasks that are neither urgent nor important, often serving as distractions. Examples: Time-wasting activities, trivial tasks, and excessive leisure. By categorizing tasks into these quadrants, individuals can focus on what truly matters, delegate or eliminate less important tasks, and manage their time more effectively. #sales #timemanagement
