🧠 The 45 #DataScientists in a #Month Claim! 🧠 Wait ..wait..wait.., before that , 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆!?, 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 ✔️ , yaahh!!, heard correct but you have to #Read long post --> So, picture this – I’m in a chat with a guy who proudly claims, “I closed 45 data scientist positions last month… with #Mocha.” 😳 I don't know about my Senior , but I gave this reaction as in picture indeed!!... well quite of a statement to think and look at , isn't it #linkedincommunity 👀. 𝑴𝒆 : “Wait, 45 Data Scientists? In India? In one month? And using… Mocha?” 😵💫 <uhmm hmm oukhay oukhay, keep going 🙂> said my inner instinct 👽. 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒎 : Nods confidently. “Yep, Mocha’s #AI-driven screening is powerful stuff.” Now, hold up. For those familiar with the Indian market, you know that finding 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 – especially the kind with niche skills and senior experience – isn’t just like picking fruits at a grocery store. Here’s where the real story begins. 👇🥶 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠: 1.𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒂 🇮🇳: Data science isn’t just another IT role. You’re dealing with specialists who need a mix of hardcore analytics, machine learning expertise, and sometimes even business acumen. Finding these skills in one package? That’s no easy feat, and the pool is limited. In a month? Well, let’s just say it’s not as simple as firing up an #AI tool. ⚙️ 2. 45 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔? 𝑳𝒆𝒕’𝒔 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑯𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒍𝒆𝒔: 𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕: Senior data scientists with hands-on experience in specific tools (like #R, #TensorFlow, or #Hadoop) don’t just pop up in the “#recommended” list. And convincing them to #switch? Even tougher.🙂🥵 3. 𝙈𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙫𝙨. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙀𝙮𝙚 👁️: Screening with #AI tools is great, but it doesn’t pick up on the subtleties. Can it tell if someone can think on their feet during a complex data project? Or if they have that spark to dive deep into unstructured data? A tool can assist, but it takes human judgment to make calls on niche roles like data science. 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞?? 😱 -- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁: 👉 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒐𝒘: Data Science Analyst Requirement: Only R programming – no #Python allowed. 🚫🐍 (Just to see who’s really got the chops!) Why #R? Because it's niche, and we’re testing for that unique skill set – beyond the buzzwords that the flashy AI filters can’t fully appreciate. 🫱🏻 #Mocha or no #Mocha, let’s find out who’s up for the challenge. 💥 🙂 automation vs. real human judgment?
