Are your clients getting different versions of you? As a biz owner, it's SO important to make sure your unique brand voice is consistent across ALL your marketing media. This includes your: 📣 Web copy 📣 Ad copy 📣 Emails 📣 Social posts 📣 Blog posts Because when a lead lands on your webpage, then navigates to your blog, then gets that first email in your welcome sequence . . . they need to hear the same version of you. If your brand voice is formal on your webpage, but casual in your blog and social posts, it creates confusion. It's important that your audience immediately recognizes you in ALL your marketing copy, because that builds: 🌸 TRUST in your business and in YOU to solve their problem And when leads trust you to help them, they are much more likely to HIRE and REFER you. 🎯 Take a look at your marketing copy. Is it the same everywhere your biz is represented? If not, make it so! And have a wonderful weekend. 😊

One of the top reasons clients turn to me for help with their agency searches is to surface firms that they may not have found on their own. Sure, they appreciate that I take they heavy lift of running a search off their plates, but what they really crave is the confidence that they’re talking to the right agencies in the first place. As I said in a recent Adweek article: “So many brands are looking for a partner that offers something fresh, and they’re excited to work with a search consultant that’s going to do the work to help them find those kinds of firms.” A search consultant can be a great way to expand your options, surface hidden gems, and take the guesswork out of the process. If you're ready to find the right partner for your specific needs, hit me up!

Why I Don't Need to Advertise Heavily Anymore: My Clients Do It For Me! 😁 Ever thought about how some businesses spend big bucks on advertising? Well, turns out, I can sit back, relax, and let my clients do all the work! Reading this recommendation from yesterday—how do you top that? Maybe I should just start sending my recommendations to prospective clients with a “Need I say more?” caption. 😛 On a more serious note, if you’re not already requesting recommendations on LinkedIn, start now. Recruiters do look at them—they can make a significant difference in highlighting your professional credibility. So… a big thank you to all my amazing clients for the kind words and for making my marketing job a whole lot easier. Keep ‘em coming! And if you’re reading this and wondering if you should get in touch… well, you heard the review: Do it and do it now. 😢The biggest thing I miss about working for a big company is the support and network of people you can draw on for help, support and brainstorming. 😢😢 I miss the continual feedback, being around smart people, and the opportunity to brainstorm and talk through ideas, knowing that you’ve come up with the best solution. 🤯Instead, when you’re working by yourself, building a thing, an enterprise, or an idea from your mind and figuring out how to bring this not only to life but also how to improve it, ensure what you are doing makes sense, is the smartest and most productive, efficient way to work, I find myself trying to play my own ‘devil’s advocate’ and having conversations with myself. Tough is an understatement! 🙌So, it was truly great when I connected with Emilie Pelletier from Jacaranda Agency. I sent her a 🆘 - she'd read my book, was a marketing expert, I needed to redo my book cover for Empower Me, 😖and I was stuck!!!! Not only did Émilie deliver what I wanted, but she went above and beyond! 👌She captured the very essence of my book, and thanks to the rebranding, I was able to leverage the copy for my website. (I love working smarter rather than harder!) ✅ I couldn’t recommend Émilie highly enough; she is very talented and, most importantly, understands the psychology of advertising to turn my ideas into tangible sales! 🙏Thank you again, Émilie! Now, one day I’ll hire her as my Chief Marketing Officer; until then, I’ll settle for hiring her services. If you're in need of a marketing expert, who genuinely seeks to 'add value' to enable help you connect and communicate with your (potential) customers, Émilie is your person! 👉Here’s the new book cover and the refreshed website using the copy from thr book cover! 👉 https://miduladey.com Midula P.S She also recommended two fantastic marketing books which are packed with practical strategies and tactics. Is your personal brand helping or hurting your business? Do you relate to any of these following? ❌ Your LinkedIn profile feels like a boring resume. ❌ Your posts get likes, but no real leads. ❌ Your brand? Inconsistent or forgettable. ❌ You sound like everyone else. What You Can Do ⤵ 👉 Turn your profile into a mini-website. Show your value clearly. 👉 Post content that solves their problems, not just what you want to say. 👉 Nail your visuals and tone, consistency builds trust. 👉 Use storytelling. People hire people they relate to, not just experts. Picture this: Your ICP is doom-scrolling LinkedIn. They’re stressed, frustrated, and looking for answers. Your post pops up. It’s clear. It’s bold. It speaks to them. They click your profile. It’s not just a list of jobs.....it’s a story. Your visuals? Sharp and consistent. Your messaging? On point. 🤜 They see someone who understands their challenges. Someone they want to work with. A DM lands in your inbox. Now, they’re not just a follower. They’re a client. Your brand has one job: To make your ICP stop, scroll, and say, "I need this person!" If it’s not doing that, it’s time to tweak. Start with one thing today ⤵ Your profile, Tour tone, or Your content. Small changes. Big results. 😎 ------------------------------------------- Like/ Share/ Repost if you found it useful. DM me, let's discuss more!

After a lot of study and research... I've discovered four proven time-tested strategies that I used in every email copy and they work 100% effectively. Here are these strategies; ✅ A catchy subject line: Your email is as strong as your subject line... subject line is only the thing that determines if your email gets opened or ignored, make it catchy as possible. ✅ Add storytelling: People glue their eyes when they read a story...it builds an emotional connection with audience and also has power to build empathy and understanding. ✅ Know your audience: A good copy focus on their readers... speak to them directly as you speak with your best friend, focus on their desires, pain, fear, etc. ✅ Add CTAs: Don't forget to add CTA(call to action), it may be used to get your recipients to follow you on social media, visit your website, or become paying customers. It doesn't matter you're writing them for your clients or sending them out to get hired for your own service.
