Skills and capabilities How can the development of leading-edge, military cloud capabilities and infrastructure be enabled, while ensuring interoperability at the European and NATO level? 1)How can talent be attracted immediately to the industry or retrained in response to increased demand, and how can they be retained in the long term? How, too, can talent with the skills needed to design, manufacture, and operate future capabilities be nurtured? 2)How can long-term investment in defense innovation be enabled?
