Shopify promised a 2-day account review, but after 7+ days, I still haven't received any response or updates. I've contacted their support more than 10 times. Every time I get the same response - "we'll escalate your case". But nothing happens. My money is locked. Can't pay suppliers. Can't handle orders. My business is completely stuck. Shopify - this is not okay. Small business owners deserve better than this. Thank you everyone for sharing. Just got information that many other store owners are experiencing the same issue. Has anyone else had their Shopify Payments frozen without explanation?
