Shopify promised a 2-day account review, but after 7+ days, I still haven't received any response or updates. I've contacted their support more than 10 times. Every time I get the same response - "we'll escalate your case". But nothing happens. My money is locked. Can't pay suppliers. Can't handle orders. My business is completely stuck. Shopify - this is not okay. Small business owners deserve better than this. Hello Shopify team Why is your billing system so pathetic, and why is your support team even worse? We almost lost a premium client just because of your billing system for our Shopify store. 1. We can’t change the payment method in between 2. We can’t do re-payment for the same invoice 3. We can’t cancel the previous transaction (for 3 days). Please don't call yourself as "The best system for creating e-commerce stores" and "Build your own e-commerce website in 3 easy steps" Just say "Build your own e-commerce website in 3 easy steps" but unfortunately in future 10+ complicated ways to solve billing issues with 3 days downtime every month.

Really happy to see Shopify roll out Self-Serve Returns. 🔄 It makes the return process so much smoother and more integrated for both the merchant and the customer.
