Generative AI turned ‘𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞’ 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 ‘𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲’ for this global powerhouse in everyday goods. This is 𝑫𝒂𝒚 5 of 𝑨𝑰 :) chk the previous 4 days here https://lnkd.in/gB26utrQ And yes we are talking about P&G. They started by using mass market AI tools but over time, recognizing the potential threat of intellectual property spillovers, P&G build its own, proprietary system, called chatPG with external help. ♨️ 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐏𝐆 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 30,000 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐏&𝐆, 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 internal adoption. chatPG mimics many of the capabilities of the widely available ChatGPT, but it is completely internal, such that none of the data that P&G feeds into chatPG are accessible to outsiders. And the model is complemented with over 35 use cases where internal P&G data is incorporated, making it highly tailored to the company's needs...but what does it do? 😊 Customer Service Enhancements: ChatPG, supports customer service by automating responses & analyzing sentiment in real time. • Impact: Customer query resolution times have improved by 22%, enhancing satisfaction and freeing up staff for more complex queries. 🚀 ChatPG is now used by over 30k employees, integrated as a core element of employee onboarding and upskilling programs to make generative AI adoption universal across teams. GenAI in Marketing & Insights: Using AI P&G enhances consumer behavior insights and executes hyper-personalized campaigns for stronger engagement e.g., targeted ads. 💡 a unique one is Product Design and R&D: P&G uses virtual testing and generative AI simulations in product design to explore various formulations and test product efficacy virtually before launch. • Impact: New product design cycles have been reduced by 30%, leading to significant savings in R&D costs while accelerating time-to-market for consumer goods . Its also quite interesting that they took a model-agnostic approach even though working closely with OpenAI: P&G built chatPG to be flexible, allowing them to switch between different AI models as needed for business purposes While I am sharing these stories but in no way AI adoption is easy. This project came with its set of challenges just like everyone else (pic below from consumergoods.com). if you are just starting with AI and have doubts and potential challenges in mind do talk to us gAI ventures Vineet Mohan Kushal Prakash

3dIncredible again how another mighty incumbent is leading the charge with AI. Also, refreshing to see that they're experimenting in use-cases like product design, marketing
