I’m heading into the weekend FEELING GRATEFUL & BLESSED. Today, my team and I wrapped up the final workshop of a nearly year-long program aimed at understanding the users of an enterprise B2B platform and creating new capabilities to better serve them. Until now, the team’s work has been done in silos—each app focused only on its own users. But today, we shifted the focus to the users of the entire platform. Our goal was to see the bigger picture and truly collaborate to improve the overall experience of working in this system.   It was incredible to see how this shift in perspective inspired the team. Here are just a few takeaways:  >>> "I’m excited to see us lean into a user-focused approach to future system development.” >>> "I love the many opportunities for collaboration that have been defined across applications.” >>> "We’ve got solid direction forward. I look forward to receiving the summary and making plans for next steps.” >>> "What an energizing process!” I often get asked what I like best about my job. Moments like this—when teams break down silos and embrace new ways of working. I can’t wait to see what’s next for this amazing group! They already have a great platform and what they just created is next level! So much goodness awaits them!

Challenges and failures are necessary components of your success

I like to start my day with a few minutes of gratitude… mainly because I believe it helps keep my perspectives on point and my head where it needs to be. I just believe it’s good for the soul. With that said, today I thought a lot about my professional journey and career, and I feel incredibly grateful for the countless stories I’ve helped bring to life. (I LOVE a great story). I’ve met some remarkable people over the years, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of hardworking clients in a multitude of industries. These connections have made a lasting impression on me and taught me so much. I’ve had a front row seat to observe what dedication and tenacity can deliver to someone’s life. I’ve also learned that a huge key to creating something great is genuinely discovering what makes your brand, business, or idea unique and then finding the right way to engage your audience creatively, on a personal level. Whether it’s honing in on innovative content, strategic campaigns, or vital digital marketing fundamentals, I've seen firsthand how these elements transform a business and create lasting impact and growth. For my business owner friends who are thinking of doing more or changing up your marketing, or if you’re making the life-changing move of starting a new business and you’re curious about exploring avenues for your company or brand, or just want to chat about the possibilities, let’s connect and save you enormous time… especially in the early stages!
