2024 was a year. It was a year of change and transformation. Of redefining my career and my personal responsibilities as a mom. It was a year of becoming the “newbie” after leaving a company where I grew for 8 years. It also though goes down in the books as one that was EXACTLY what it needed to be. It was one where I made (and continue to make) tangible impact daily getting to bring my skillset and experience to a new industry. It was doing a lot of work to set the foundation for amazing, industry transforming work ahead. It was getting a new house, it was prioritizing my kids but getting to focus on my career journey in a way that lets me do both. It was hard, but it is paying off. I have a lot of gratitude for what 2024 was, mainly because it was one of those years to put an amazing one into motion. Thank you to my amazing Five Star Senior Living colleagues for the warm welcomes, the team work, the trust and for all the crazy, hard work we have accomplished and have ahead. And thank you to my kiddos for being my motivation to strive for it all.
