Training for employees are shared values for both employees and employers. In fact, I have saw on the ground that some employers who sent their team for training lead with higher expectations and demands from their learning journey. Some may just felt overwhelming with the message that sent across, especially those who handle sales. Likewise some employees may have refreshing experiences and felt valued by their company.
