TikTok is officially stepping up to challenge Google Ads with its new Search Ads campaigns. TikTok explains that users typically begin a search by clicking the 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐧 at the top of their 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮 page. Once they enter a 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐲, a series of results are displayed. Ads appear 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 and are seamlessly integrated into the in-feed experience. After clicking on a Search Ad, users can 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 through the search results in the order they appear.
