The Role: This role requires: Proven experience as a CRM Transformation Project Manager at enterprise Multiple long term full CRM sales system transformations already completed ability to work form RFP stage through to release with the chosen SI partner and an in house team of CRM Business Analysts who will define the business architecture from As Is-To Be right through BRD, FRD and UAT. Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations Led multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc ideally of interest. System admin ----- creates the workflow you ask for, no questions asked RevOps ---- ask about the purpose behind the workflow - and optimise it, so it does what you want it to do. System admin ---------- run reports RevOps ----- identifies key business metrics, designs dashboards to ensure team alignment and delivers insights that allow you to make better business decisions. System admin ----- fixes dirty data RevOps ------ saves you time by designing a lifecycle stage management system that will allow you to categories contacts into Lead, Opp, Cust etc - without needing to fix it every week. System admin ----- build the complex integrations, no matter the cost.
