Pinpoint a problem that AI can solve. 2. Use existing tools and platforms. As a small company, you likely don't need to build from scratch. Leverage platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AutoML to develop your models faster and at a lower cost. 3. Focus on data. Without quality data, even the best model won’t perform well. Start by collecting and organizing your data. If it's messy or incomplete, spend time cleaning it up. Good data is often the most overlooked but critical part of AI success. 4. Keep the model simple. For most small companies, a simple model (like a decision tree or a basic neural network) can deliver solid results. Don’t over-engineer, build something that works and iterate from there. 5.
