It's disheartening to see companies touting their commitment to disability inclusion while internally overlooking qualified disabled employees. Despite my experience and passion for inclusive communications, I've been sidelined within the organisation due to being disabled. As a parent of a child with a disability, I understand the importance of coaching and inclusion. Recently, my son participated in a 5 km run, being the only one using a Running Frame, and he set a personal record yesterday!
