Today marks the start of a new week, a new month , a new quarter and the start of H2 Last night I reflected on H1 of this year and looked back with a sense of achievement and pride. It was a great H1 with many great things happening for Navin Jaitly Coaching Ltd 1) We made double the revenue in H1, then we did in the whole of 2023 (if we continue at that trajectory then we will 4x our revenue this year) 2) Delivered keynotes to large business audiences on stages in London, Birmingham, Cardiff and Dubai 3) Launched our first group/ mastermind programme for small business owners (which has been a huge success) 4) Won new business and delivered powerful sales coaching programs to large businesses/ corporates in the Tech, SAS, Pharma and Consulting industries 5) Consistently delivered Sales training workshops to small business owners/ entrepreneurs in partnership with the London Chamber Of Commerce 6) Achieved some amazing results with clients Proud of all those achievements but most proud of number 6. When clients tell me about the success they achieve on the back of our sales training/ coaching programes, then it makes all the hard work worth it. Like most business owners I started a business for the money and the flexibility but a big part was also to make an impact on others lives. The success stories that my clients share with me add fuel in the fire and make me continue to want to develop the offerings that we provide Bring on H2. When I was sleeping over on my old sailboat in this little harbor, not too long ago during my holidays, I realized again how great it is to be working in international business coaching with my fantastic colleagues, the certified executive coaches of AFFEXCO.com. First day back of the new quarter. Yesterday I reflected on what a great quarter Q1 was for my business. 1) Had my best ever revenue quarter to date and even beat my stretch goal revenue target 2) Won new business in Dubai and opened up new business opportunities over there. Increasing my international reach. A goal I had set myself on the 1st Jan 3) Closed my biggest sale since creating my business 4) Ran a very successful sales masterclass in February, in partnership with the London Chamber Of Commerce. The feedback from the participants was amazing! 5) Found myself a new business coach, who has already added so much value to my business. Something I had set myself to do at the beginning of the year 6) Opened up new business opportunities and will provide my sales coaching/training services to 3 brand new business communities as a result 7) Spoke on the stage of Aaafaq Islamic finance at their Women empowerment day, to an audience of all their female employees. 8) Had the best feedback and results with my clients ever! 9) Developed relationships with some great new contacts and formed new business partnerships 10) Continued to learn a lot and have a lot of fun running my business I think it's important that we share our wins in business.
