Ability to clearly explain relevant technologies, help users solve or analyze technical issues, provide useful technical insights, and proactively seek out and acquire knowledge across technical domains. User focus Ability to understand users' goals and their context. This includes the ability to know what they are trying to accomplish with the product/program and their existing knowledge and skill level. Working with subject matter experts Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts to understand new technologies, independently identify and extract information that users need, and collaborate on iterations of content drafts. Writing Ability to create accurate, clear, concise, and well-organized content that transfers knowledge to users to meet their needs. Ability to communicate and deliver information to a variety of audience types in a manner that is adapted to each learning style, level of understanding, and background.
