⚒️Just one of those game changing tools… might mess around and change your brain a little to change your life, nbd. 🌱 In all seriousness, if we think about our mind as a garden, this is the is the kind of stuff we want to help cultivate it. ⚡️Yard work, stress management, and boundaries are on my mind today as I round out a week of powerful client calls and other connections (and the gloom is back so the yard is yarding without good weather to tackle it). 🎁 Care, concern, and compassion are on my heart - shout out to those giving that up and out to others. And a lil reminder to be open to receiving it back too. 🤯 A recent client said it best - different seasons of life call for different seasons of you. As a Mental Fitness coach, I find that raising awareness of Saboteurs is a real eye-opener. The truth is we ALL have Saboteurs, they drain our mental and emotional energy. It can be such a 'aha' moment for my clients when they realise that the saboteurs that have been holding them back from realising their potential are simply negative voices. We can choose not to listen to them, and to access our positive emotions instead. #Mentalfitness #saboteurs
