Anemia This blood disorder can cause fatigue and exhaustion because it prevents your body from producing enough red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen to your organs, so when there aren't enough, your organs don't get enough oxygen to function properly. Hypothyroidism This condition occurs when your thyroid doesn't produce enough hormones. Symptoms include fatigue, bloating, and feeling full quickly. Chronic pain Chronic pain can cause fatigue and poor sleep quality, which can lead to persistent tiredness. Salt Consuming too much salt can cause your body to retain water, which can lead to bloating. Salt is found in many processed and fast foods, so you should check food labels to see how much salt they contain. If your symptoms are temporary and eventually go away, they probably aren't serious. Supplementation vs. Activation We’ve become an addicted society. Duh, Jude, tell me something we don't already know. Here's one: our addiction to supplements. In so doing, we are dependent upon using supplements as substitutes. There is no way to substitute for making poor choices. As the cliché goes “You cannot out exercise a poor diet.” We are now emotionally dependent on short term solutions to long-term lifestyle problems. The emotional result is a roller coaster ride with euphoric highs of success only to be followed by crushing lows of failure that becomes more magnified over time. Inside all of us there is a raging fire that burns and consumes our bodies. Over time our bodies become like the charred remains of homes devoured by fire. Recently, what used to be seen only in adults, we now observe evidence of these fires evident in young children. If you want to live you’ll make a change. That's what my doctor told me during a routine checkup after months of severe stomach pain. (Ok maybe he didn't say that exactly but you get the idea, lol) I couldn't pinpoint the cause—diet? Stress? It turned out to be something I hadn't considered: the pain relievers I'd been relying on for over a decade 😓 For years, chronic headaches had me reaching for BC powder, sometimes twice a day. It was my go-to relief, but it came at a high cost. My doctor’s concerned look said it all. Without a protective coating, these powders were damaging my stomach lining, causing intense pain and digestive issues. He proceeded to show me a chart of what it does to the inside of my stomach - don’t think I’ll ever get that image out of my head. I had to act fast. So, I stopped taking the powders and within two weeks, the difference was incredible. No more sleepless nights, endless bathroom trips, or constant exhaustion. But cutting them out was only half the battle. I incorporated pre/probiotics to rebuild my digestive health, halved my caffeine intake, and started taking Esomeprazole to reduce stomach acid before eating. Was it easy? Absolutely not. But the alternative was far worse. This experience taught me the importance of taking proactive steps towards a healthier lifestyle. It's never too late to make a change. MR WHITE AND HIS BLACK HEART My dad was always saying a statement while I was growing up but I never understood until recently. He would say, "Whatever you place in your mouth that tastes too sweet is dangerous for you". Over the years, experiences related to health conditions made the statement more clearer. In addition, I have learnt from books on addiction that sweet things keeps you coming back for more. I can't get tired of preaching that the killer in many homes is White Sugar! White Sugar is sweet, delicious, good tasting and dangerous concentrated sweetener, a lot of people cannot do without. Hear this, It takes four (4) pancreases to process the white sugar and we humans have only one pancreas. Can you process that statement? White Sugar stresses the pancreas, kidney, and liver, causes tooth decay, nerve damage, causes adrenal weakness, starves the brain of oxygen, increases high blood pressure, Infertility, glaucoma and blindness. The murdering forms of white sugar are enormous as many health conditions emanates from it. Including kidney failure, a common ailment now of recent days. This is due to the fact that, the body requires large amounts of water to flush sugar out of the system. Worst part is that, it is the most addicting and harmful drug used.
