Be ready to pivot and use storytelling effectively when you are pivoting. If you have good tech, it will be copied—so be fast and adaptable. What if the real problem isn't your business, but how you're looking at it.. A few years ago, I realized Nolte was trying to serve two very different audiences. This made communication messy, the brand unclear, and operations less efficient. After reflecting on the fact that I only wanted to focus on helping early-stage founders build great tech companies, I made a bold decision: I split Nolte in two. Nolte became focused on helping early-stage startups and non-tech founders and Rewav was born specialized in marketing technology and growth for purpose-driven brands. This shift did more than streamline our operations—it gave me clarity. It let me focus on what I cared about most: building new companies and helping founders succeed. Looking back, that decision came down to a simple question: "What do I really want to focus on?"
