There’s a variety of reasons why more people are considering using a Vendor Advocate when selling their home. It could be a general lack of experience with selling, wanting more certainty around the outcome, not wanting to deal with ‘pushy’ real estate agents, and even those with connections in the industry who want to be seen at arms length when it comes to choosing the agent. Having existing relationships with agents (whether personal or business) can often make it difficult for sellers to make the best choice without offending any one.
