Alicia Q.’s Post

#brightonSEO San Diego was an incredible conference 🫶🏼 I am the only seo on my remote team and I struggle with brainstorms or gut checks. (Not a complaint, but a fact because I am human) Attending this conference did wonders for me & I am so glad I invested in my growth. ➡️ I met with some incredible people and had very enlightening conversations. It felt so good to nerd out. ➡️ The chats were informative, specially around the topics of AI & the future. ➡️ I felt validated in my thought of how important it is to have your own test sites and projects aside from your day to day work! It allows you be creative and go beyond a check list. ➡️ There was a humbling moment for me during a presentation about not assuming everyone on your team knows exactly what you’re talking about. I do this all.the.time. (sorry team!) because I am a nerd who is passionate and sometimes I forget how to communicate. Consider me #humbled and working on how I can be better in the future. ➡️ Lastly, the Women in Tech SEO group has been an incredibly supportive addition to my life. I am so happy I got to meet everyone IRL! Until next year 👋🏼

We’re happy that you had a good time!
