What I learn after 500 Flights: My Journey to Making +3500 meetings with World-class companies! (applies to any job) 🛫 Eight years, 500 flights, 500 power plants. The journey wasn't just about miles—it was about milestones. Here’s what unfolded: - 🚶♂️ Alone but not lost. There were moments I felt alone, yet they taught me the most. - 🌱 Growth on the go. Every trip was a chance to invest in myself, maturing into a top performer. But here’s the real game-changer: - 🤝 Relationships that reshape. The connections I built are my true success stories. - 🌟 Impact over income. Making engines more efficient wasn't just a job—it became a mission to push my limits and better the environment. 🚀 We’re not just traveling—we’re transforming. 👊 Here’s my challenge to you: - Think about how you can turn your journey into a journey for change. - Who have you impacted today? Here is an example: Martin Vazquez with Qualia Eyewear. I will invite him to talk about his project with Martina Uthurralt. Today: they are in Cruz del Eje (Argentina) helping over 400 children to improve their vision problems so that they can have the same learning opportunities as other children. Picture: This is a General Electric LM6000 Aero-engine, is the same that are used in Boeing, Airbus Aircraft for commercial planes. In this case, is applied to Power generation. Location: #Argentina 💬 Share your story below. Let's fuel each other’s journeys. 🔄 Repost this if you believe in transformation through travel!
It is really important to have clear goals, achievable ones! I do agree with you about all what was unfolded for you, an I liked one specially: "Relationships that reshape" Go on making an impact on people!

7moThanks Alfonso Schroeder Castagno 🇺🇾 🇩🇪 for your mention. I was talking today with a friend (Francisco Mariani) and we were debating whether “Vision de cambio” is making a real impact or is it just trying to cover up the sun with a finger. Because to be honest, being a small company this is how it feels sometimes. But then again I come close to my purpose of re shaping the definition of doing business and it all makes sense once again. Making the world a better place is a really hard task. But we are getting there. It’s just a matter of scale.
