You want to know how to escape the ops hamster wheel to free up time for more interesting tasks? If you missed my webinar, here is the recording and slides. And as I held the Webinar in German, here's the summary in English: 💡 𝗔𝗜𝗢𝗽𝘀 = Utilizing Machine Learning and Big Data to tackle IT Operations challenges 💡 AIOps 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀:   - Anomaly Detection   - Event Correlation & Alert Grouping   - Intelligent Root Cause Analysis   - Chaos Engineering with AIOps (addressing ‘unknown unknowns’)   - Supporting Continuous Deployment and shift right strategies (e.g canary release) with AIOps Insights 💡 The need for AIOps can be a sign of poor system design -> also focus on DevOps / Shift Left / Platform Engineering 💡 AIOps in a first place (e.g. alert grouping, noise reduction) can you free up time to get there 💡 AIOps 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁:    - Reduced Mean time to Detect & Restore (MTTD/MTTR)   - Shorter Time to Market for new solutions   - Breaking down Product Team Silos through shared data / insights   - More time for Innovation due to reduced ‘Ops’ work 💡 AIOps 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀:   - The shift towards decoupling/microservices led to an exponential growth of possible failure modes   - Systems have become increasingly observable   - The customer experience is becoming a digital experience, high availability is king   - Democratisation of Machine Learning 💡 AIOps 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵:   - Set actionable goals with meaningful metrics to track progress    - Bring the right skills/people together   - Implement a first case early and iterate, but don’t forget to lay the foundational layer such as architecture, data sources, model selection
