Leading Business Transformation: Reflections from the IDC CIO Summit in Paris last Wednesday. I had the privilege of representing Kyndryl at the IDC CIO Summit in Paris, participating in a panel on “Leadership et réorganisation des processus métiers: Gestion des parties prenantes & réorganisation des processus métiers.” with Aurelien Heiny-Robert from NBCUniversal. We addressed critical questions shaping today’s business landscape, including how to: - Identify and manage stakeholder expectations (end-users, partners, CIOs). - Communicate effectively across teams, external partners and clients. - Adapt tools and technologies to meet the needs of diverse business functions. Leadership & Change in Tech Integration We also explored leading innovation initiatives and driving change within organizations. I emphasized the importance of fostering employee alignment with new technologies and building a culture that embraces adaptability and collaboration. At Kyndryl, we are using Kyndryl Bridge to align teams, which is really efficient. Measuring Impact Finally, we discussed how to evaluate the success of technology integrations through metrics like adoption, productivity gains, and ROI—ensuring innovation drives real business value. It was an honor to share insights alongside other leaders and showcase Kyndryl’s commitment to enabling transformation for our clients.
