✨ This week's learning on #PowerPages ✨ If you're using #PacCli to move portal code between environments, always remember to add the -mv flag when uploading an enhanced data model. Otherwise, the uploaded version defaults to the Standard data model. You'd think if the original portal is enhanced, this flag wouldn't be necessary, but there's likely a reason for it that I'm not aware of—though it would definitely simplify the process! #MicrosoftPowerPlatform #DevTips #DeploymentBestPractices https://lnkd.in/gsWWWtBw

I have been using this tool for myself for a while, and I’m excited to finally share it with the community so everyone can use it! 🚀 Introducing the Dataverse Web Resource Editor Chrome Extension 🚀 I'm thrilled to share a productivity-boosting tool for all Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform developers: the Dataverse Web Resource Editor! This Chrome extension is designed to streamline your development workflow by letting you: 📂 View and manage web resources directly from your browser 🖊️ Edit web resources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) on the fly without leaving your work environment 🚀 Publish changes instantly from the extension, cutting down on the repetitive open-save-publish cycle If you're tired of jumping to the classic view to update your web resources, this tool is for you. The extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, but you can download it from the GitHub release: 🔗 GitHub Release https://lnkd.in/gUKfEexV How to Install: 1. Download the latest release Zip file from the link above. 2. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/. 3. Enable Developer mode using the toggle in the upper-right corner. 4. Click Load unpacked and select the folder where the extension is located. 5. The extension will now be installed and visible in your Chrome toolbar. The project is open source—feel free to contribute by adding features, like opening code directly in VS Code or tracking versions with Git and local storage! 🔗 GitHub Repository: https://lnkd.in/gtWVq7fz 🎥 Quick YouTube Demo: https://lnkd.in/g7iXbmrc I’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions. 🙌 #Dataverse #PowerPlatform #Dynamics365CRM #ChromeExtension #WebResource #DeveloperTools #EfficiencyBoost #OpenSource #DevCommunity #VSCode #GitIntegration #ProductivityHacks #D365Developer #LowCode #CitizenDeveloper #JavaScript #HTML #CSS #AutomationTools
