Dear community, After almost 8 amazing years at GroupM, the time has come for me to embrace new opportunities and challenges. When I joined, I was eager to learn, to grow, and to prove myself. Today, as I prepare to move on, I leave with a wealth of experience, countless lessons, and deep gratitude for what this journey has meant for me. GroupM has been more than a workplace—it’s been a place of growth, opportunity, and inspiration. Through my time at Xaxis, I had the privilege to build a team from the ground up, to innovate, and to lead transformational projects. I discovered the spirit of intrapreneurship, developed my skills in leadership and operations, and strenghten soft skills that I value just as much as my technical expertise. I’ll always be proud of the milestones we achieved together—whether it was growing key accounts by hundreds of percent, launching successful programmatic products, or building a team that thrived in a fast-changing digital landscape. Beyond the numbers, it’s the people who made it all worthwhile. Colleagues who inspired me, taught me, supported me, and celebrated with me. Many of them became not just mentors or teammates but lifelong friends. I also had the honor to represent GroupM in the industry—as an IAB Board Member, an Ad Tech Rising Star award winner, a juror, and a speaker at industry events. These experiences allowed me to contribute beyond the organization and to give back to the community that shaped me. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the partners, tech vendors, publishers, and connections who have been part of this journey. Your collaboration and support have been invaluable in driving innovation and achieving great things together. To my colleagues, I wish you all the things I found here: to feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Those are the keys to being fulfilled in your work and finding satisfaction in places you didn’t expect. As I close this chapter, I look back with gratitude and pride. And I look forward with excitement, knowing that the lessons and relationships I’ve gained will be with me wherever I go. Here’s to new beginnings—and to the incredible journey it took to get here! 🥂
