Reinforced Recruitment - White Collar Construction Recruitment

Interview feedback is SO SO SO important!! I just spoke to a top level candidate who doesn't want to go to an interview with one of my clients because one of her friends didn't get interview feedback from them 6 MONTHS AGO! It just goes to show - people don't forget a bad service. If your business recruits heavily, make sure you treat the talent market the right way, otherwise the market may come back to bite you in the backside! #recruitment #construction #interview

No feedback is feedback. - feeds back that the business doesn’t value people’s time - feeds back that although you weren't a good fit, you aren’t missing out on much - feeds back that you should tell you mates to avoid. 👀😅

That's rough. From many perspectives. The candidate currently in process may lose out on the perfect job opportunity because ONE internal person 6 months ago didn't do their job properly. In recruitment, there is NO forgetting.

Tips & Toes Middle East , ur always doing interviews and not getting back to the people, and I have been recommending so many people but there experiencing the same thing, kindly work on that🙏
