Here's the breakdown: 1) Chin-up - as many reps as possible 2) Bench Press - 1 rep max 3) 40yd dash - fastest time 4) Vertical jump - highest jump 5) Barbell back squat - 1 rep max 6) Dead hang - as long as possible 7) 5km run - fastest time 8) Barbell deadlift - 1 rep mix Guess my results (on any/all of the exercises). 8-9 chin ups 225 max bench 5.25 40 yard dash 28.5 vertical jump 365 back squat 38 seconds dead hang 24 minute 5km run 365 deadlift. You'll crush it.
