Qualify them right Understand their main problem. Ask questions that will let them think your product will solve the problem. Bring them towards closing the sale. We often talk about ourselves, company, products and services, competitive advantages, etc., but the problem is that a potential customer is not interested in reading another sales pitch. In B2B every client is unique, and they have their pain points, problems, and goals. So, instead of talking about your product or service, try to understand what the company requires. Explore prospect’s social media, website and profiles on listing websites as Clutch and Crunchbase to learn more about the company and inquire about their needs in conversation. Seek to understand the point of view of the clients you are selling to. Don't sell, but help them get to the point of thinking that your services are necessary. This way, you can build a stronger and more effective relationship and achieve meaningful results for both your clients and yourself.
