What is the current state of the property market? 📊 How do housing affordability, legislative processes and other factors affect property prices? Does the property market expect the prices to rise? How is the rental housing segment developing? These and other questions were discussed by representatives of the public and private sectors on the Vizionári programme. "Our approval processes are slow. If the government wants to promote housing, it should improve the situation for developers. There is still no demand from long-term investors for rental apartments in Slovakia. We expect that migration to larger cities will accelerate and the upward pressure on prices in these cities will increase," said Juraj Nevolník, Managing Director of Penta Real Estate Slovakia, during the discussion.
