Dear Legal Fraternity! My article is on the problem of paper leakage in which under the threat of prosecution, no parent or children who being the bribe givers comes forward abd give evidence due to the absence of any immunity. This affects investigation to the extent that the main big leaders who are part of big scams are left scotfree. In NEET scam the government took advantage by arresting patna boy. What is the big deal? Two employees at IIT Guwahati have been recruited based on fraudulent degrees or unrecognized degrees from a dubious institution (Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Bharat Bhawan, Matiyari Chinhat, Faizabad Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 227 105). This organization is listed among the fake universities published by the UGC. Complaints have been raised about this issue since 2018, as far as I know. Formal grievances have been lodged with IIT Guwahati itself as well as with the Office of the President, but no action has been taken in over six years. So why is there so much uproar about one IAS officer being appointed based on a fraudulent certificate? She has allegedly presented a false caste/category certificate, yet at IIT Guwahati, two individuals have been recruited without the requisite qualifications. A fake degree is tantamount to having no degree at all! LiveMint Droupadi Murmu - 15th President of Republic of India Dharmendra Pradhan #nobigdeal #india #selectiveoutrage #jugad

Misplaced Aspirations & Misguided Dreams A few years ago, I spoke to a civil service aspirant and asked why she wanted to become an IAS officer. She replied, "I want power." I told her that power is best sought in politics since politicians execute power. Then she said, "I want money." I suggested she become a businesswoman to earn money. I explained that her fundamental mistake was in her aspirations. Civil Service, as the name says it all, is about service, not power or money. It needs right people with right attitude. The incidents of NEET paper leakage and the UPSC #PoojaKhedkar case underscore significant concerns about integrity and ethics in India's competitive exams. These incidents reveal the flawed motivations of some aspirants and expose systemic issues in exam administration and security. Such malpractices erode public trust in the fairness of these exams, which is crucial for ensuring that the most capable individuals occupy important positions. This will leace long-term negative consequences for governance and public service. Unethical behavior perpetuates a cycle of corruption and inefficiency. Not just in competitive exams, people are faking in the face and getting away with things because there is no one questioning them. Addressing these issues requires systemic reforms, strict enforcement of rules, and a societal shift towards valuing honesty and hard work, reinforcing integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of life. First get your aspiration right? Why I am here and what I need will make it more clear. How can we cultivate greater honesty and truthfulness in the pursuit of aspirations? Adarsh Kumar, the son of an egg seller from Aurangabad, Bihar, has become a symbol of hope and resilience after passing the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Judicial Services Exam. His journey from humble beginnings to becoming a judge exemplifies the potential for success despite financial hardships. 👉 Background Adarsh's father, Vijay Saav, has spent over 20 years selling eggs to support his family. Despite their financial struggles, Vijay and his wife, Sunaina Devi, prioritized their children's education. Sunaina even took loans from a self-help group to ensure Adarsh could pursue his studies. This dedication laid the foundation for Adarsh's academic achievements. 👉 Overcoming Challenges Adarsh completed his education at Chanakya National Law University in Patna, where he earned his BA LLB degree. Lacking resources for coaching classes, he turned to YouTube, utilizing online lessons to prepare for the BPSC exam. His hard work paid off when he secured a 120th rank in the competitive judicial services exam on his first attempt. 👉 Inspiring Future Generations Adarsh's story is not just about personal success; it reflects the broader issue of poverty in Bihar and the determination to rise above circumstances. His achievements serve as an inspiration for many young people facing similar challenges, proving that perseverance and resourcefulness can lead to significant accomplishments. His journey encourages others in impoverished conditions to pursue their dreams relentlessly. As Adarsh himself stated, "I owe everything to my parents’ sacrifices," emphasizing that with dedication and hard work, anyone can change their destiny. How can Adarsh Kumar's journey inspire other youth in Bihar and beyond to overcome adversity? #Changemakers #AdarshKumar #BiharSuccessStory #Inspiration #JudicialServices #Education #OvercomingPoverty #UpliftingCommunities

Today is #GuruPurnima-a day to pay respects to our teachers. And whilst there are many who have undoubtedly help shape us, there is one teacher who often goes unnoticed on the streets of Mumbai. The venerable pothole. To be honest, there are millions of branches of it, generously spread across all the streets of Mumbai, sort of a flourishing business with branches all over. There’s learning to be had at every turn and corner, every street and highway. They teach you: life inevitably comes with ups and downs. They remind you there are no straight and clear roads, where you can travel fast to your destination. They nudge you towards considering insurance policies. They prepare you for unpleasant surprises. And, if you are walking, they splash water all over you, showing your dirty linen in public, preparing you for the embarrassments life invariably brings along. They teach so much. Ask for so little. So, if you go over one of them today and are much the worse for it, just consider it as some well intentioned punishment handed out by a really sincere teacher.
