Three Things I Love About Being a Content Producer: Creative Collaboration: As a creative extrovert, I thrive on the energy of working with talented people who bring different skills and perspectives to the table. Whether remote or in person, I love every creative session with my incredible team at the IRC. Collaborating with colleagues from around the globe is both inspiring and challenging, especially with limited time together. I'm always amazed at how different minds work and contribute to our projects. Getting Organised: Who knew I’d find joy in spreadsheets? There's a unique satisfaction in organising shoot schedules and managing budgets, right down to updating colour-coded cells. It's a part of the job I never expected to love, but it keeps everything running smoothly. Telling Important Stories: What truly gives my work meaning are the stories we get to share. The attached photo is a behind-the-scenes shot from my recent shoot in San Diego for the International Rescue Committee I had the privilege of meeting a resilient mother from Ukraine, who, despite fleeing the war, is determined to continue her career as a dentist in the US.
