Computer Science at USC || Actively seeking Co-ops/Internships for 2025 || Ex Software Engineer @Optum, Beaconstac ,ByteLearn, and Samsung || Guardian in Leetcode
Day 3 of Doing Leetcode Until I Get an Internship for Summer 2025: Grad Student Edition Question 1: Subarray Sum Equals K Approach: To solve the problem, I used a hash map to track cumulative sums. As I iterated through the array, I updated the cumulative sum and checked if it matched the target or if the difference existed in the map, incrementing the result accordingly. Question 2: Sliding Window Maximum Approach: What I thought was to use a deque to maintain the indices of useful elements for the sliding window. As I iterated through the array, I updated the deque and recorded the maximum values for each window position. Question 3: Non-overlapping Intervals Approach: In my approach, I sorted the intervals by their end times. I then iterated through the intervals, counting overlaps by comparing the current interval's start with the previous interval's end. This allowed me to determine the minimum number of intervals to remove. #Leetcode #Programming #InternshipHunt #GradStudent #CodingChallenges #Summer2025 #DailyCoding #ProblemSolving #ComputerScience
