SysMind is hiring!!!!!! *Position - Director-Business Development(US-STAFFING) * Location: Noida, Sector 62 * Shift: US Timings (6:30PM IST - 3:30AM IST) *Roles and Responsibilities in the Staffing Industry 1-Prospecting and Lead Generation: -Identify Target Companies: Research and identify companies that are likely to require staffing services based on industry trends, company size, and location. -Cold Calling/Emailing: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls and personalized emails to introduce staffing services. -Networking: Use professional networks, job boards, and industry events to find new business opportunities. 2-Lead Qualification: -Needs Assessment: Engage with potential clients to understand their staffing needs, including the types of positions they are looking to fill, required skills, and duration of employment. -Qualification Criteria: Assess whether the client’s requirements align with the staffing agency’s capabilities. 3-Client Presentations and Consultations: -Service Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the staffing agency’s services, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and contract staffing. -Consultative Selling: Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to best address their staffing challenges and achieve their business goals. 4-Relationship Building: -Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep the staffing agency top-of-mind. -Personalization: Tailor communication and proposals to meet the specific staffing needs and preferences of each prospect. 5-Pipeline Management: -CRM Updates: Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system updated with accurate information on lead status and interactions. -Pipeline Tracking: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients through the sales funnel. 6-Negotiation and Closing: -Proposal Development: Develop and present staffing proposals that align with the client’s needs, budget, and timeline. -Overcome Objections: Address any concerns or objections the client may have regarding the staffing process or terms. -Close Deals: Secure commitments and formal agreements to provide staffing services. 7-Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: -Alignment with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to ensure they understand the client’s requirements and can source the right candidates. -Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the recruitment team to improve the quality and fit of candidate placements. 8-Reporting and Analytics: -Sales Metrics: Track and report on key sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, average deal size, and client retention. -Market Feedback: Provide market feedback to the management and recruitment teams based on interactions with clients
