2 of the biggest game-changers for Equanimity Search this year... RecMapper - super efficient for Rec2Rec's, hiring managers and internal teams. ZoomInfo - beneficial to all recruiters, it's a million times more accurate than RocketLusha and the rest of them crappy extensions. They've both increased our sales efficiency by ten-fold! Which tech tools are you guys finding handy atm? (Drop a comment and enlighten us pls ⬇️)

The phone is a good start.

Funny that you mention ZoomInfo--have used it. More accurate than not BUT not always, and sometimes big ol' 0 with no info for certain folks. So we're looking to use two, not just one!

SalesQL is the best data scraping tool we've used, and we've tried things like Cognism (which is fairly pricey)

AJ Reid have you tried FlashIntel. There is an intent inside the platform which is specifically designed for recruitment purposes.

RecMapper and ZoomInfo sound like they're driving serious results. Lately, I've been seeing folks chat about LinkedIn Sales Navigator too. It’s a solid choice for targeting candidates effectively. What do you all think? AJ Reid
