Customer Experience. Those of you who know me really well, will know that I applaud and admire great service and experiences. This could be in business or in personal. I have always tried to carry this through my work and my personal life in the aim that if you give it, then the chances are, you will recieve. So when we talk about CX in B2B, it goes two way. Not only do we have to give good CX to customers, we must adopt good CX within our own teams. Happy Employees = Happy Customers. They don't work without the other. Building out these can mean advocacy & loyalty. A simple framework will enable CX adoption. Then we will find that our efforts are rewarded, our teams are on point and communicate well, and out customers can see that we get them.
